Our home-visit nursing staff have completed designated training relevant to psychiatric emergency wards, chronic wards, outpatient services, and psychiatric home-visit nursing. We look beyond a diagnosis to understand each person’s health, home life, family circumstances, and goals.
当事業所の訪問看護スタッフは、精神科救急病棟、慢性期病棟、外来、精神科訪問看護に関する所定の研修を修了しています。診断名だけで判断せず、ご本人の健康状態、家庭生活、ご家族の状況、そして目標まで含めて支援します。

When needed and subject to availability, native English-speaking interpreters and nursing assistants can be arranged to support communication during visits.
必要に応じて、またスタッフの対応状況に応じて、英語を母語とする通訳者や看護補助者を手配し、訪問時のコミュニケーションを支援します。

We can also discuss social resources and community services that may support daily living, recovery, parenting, education, or employment. Suggestions are based on each person’s situation and are coordinated with appropriate professionals and organizations where necessary.
日常生活、療養、子育て、教育、就労などに役立つ社会資源や地域サービスについてもご相談いただけます。ご本人の状況に合わせて提案し、必要に応じて適切な専門職や関係機関と連携します。
